Job Title: Solar Installer – Multi-Family New Construction
Job Description
This role focuses on installing solar panels on new multi-family residential construction projects. You will work as part of a field installation team, performing hands-on general labor and construction tasks on pitched roofs to safely and efficiently complete solar installations.

Work Environment
This is an outdoor, field-based role on active construction sites. You will work in the elements, including varying weather conditions, primarily on pitched residential roofs. The schedule follows a 4-day workweek (4/10s), and the assignment is expected to last approximately 6–8 weeks. Work involves regular use of hand tools, power tools, and fall protection equipment, with attire suitable for construction work and outdoor conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
