Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems)
Review patient documentation for accuracy and completeness
Enter and organize medical data into secure systems
Perform quality checks on health records and correct inconsistencies
Support data integrity and record management processes
Ensure confidentiality of all healthcare information
Assist internal teams with record updates and retrieval requests
Requirements
