We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong recruiting focus to support hiring efforts within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys working closely with operations leadership, and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
This position plays a key role in driving workforce growth and ensuring a smooth, professional hiring and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations positions
Work directly with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and collect timely feedback
Source candidates through direct outreach, internal pipelines, job boards, and staffing vendors
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners
Represent the organization at job fairs and college recruiting events as needed
Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through start date
Qualifications
Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
Experience working with staffing agencies and external vendors
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to hiring
