Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to support our growing online travel services team. This part-time role involves accurate entry and management of travel, cruise, and customer data into internal systems. If you have strong keyboard skills, enjoy working independently, and have a passion for accuracy, this position is a great fit!

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update cruise itinerary, pricing, and customer details into database systems.
• Organize and maintain digital records in spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
• Verify accuracy of travel and cruise data before entry.
• Assist with categorizing and tagging cruise information for internal use.
• Respond to occasional team requests for data corrections and clarifications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Accuracy & Speed: Strong attention to detail with the ability to type quickly and accurately.

Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and web-based data entry tools.

Reliable Internet: Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Work Schedule

• Up to 40hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Remote work from your home location
• Weekly time-sheets submitted for approval

Compensation

$19 per hour (paid weekly or biweekly via direct deposit or Check)
