:  We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative and personal support to our executive team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Coordinate and manage personal errands and tasks as requested.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and office organization.
