Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) | Full Time | Biltmore, AZ

Our structure is intentionally designed so providers can focus on what matters most— excellent patient care , not administrative burden.
· $150,000 base salary + incentives
Realistic total compensation up to $300,000+
· No call. Ever. Outpatient-only practice
· 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
· Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
· Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
· Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
· Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
· Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
· Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
· Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
· Active state license or willingness to obtain
· Unencumbered DEA license
· Clean background
· U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
· Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
