Job Description

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Process accounts payables and receivables
Bank reconciliations
Grant tracking and reporting
Retail tax reporting
Prepare monthly financials for the Executive Director.
Assist preparing all necessary reports, annual audit, and any and all additional requests from the Executive Director.

Qualifications Include (but are not limited to):

College education in accounting/bookkeeping.
2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience with accrual systems
Strong proficiency in the use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Implement and comply with GAAP
Accounts Payable and Receivables
Honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and credibility a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability prioritize and work efficiently while multitasking
Strong planning, organizing, and problem solving skills
Team player, willing to accept additional responsibilities
Professional appearance and attitude
