Job Description

The Role:

Wellness Directors lead and oversee programs and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being within organizations, communities, or healthcare facilities. They design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs, educate individuals on healthy habits, and collaborate with stakeholders to create supportive environments. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to specific needs and populations
• Coordinate wellness activities, such as fitness classes, health screenings, workshops, and educational events. 
• Manage budgets, track program outcomes, and report to stakeholders on progress and impact. 
• Assess health and wellness trends, identify risk factors, and determine program priorities.

• You have working knowledge of Health Promotion & Education, Program Development & Management: and Data Analysis & Outcome Measurement:
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
