To be successful, the candidate must utilize our products in a laboratory environment to develop subject matter expertise and subsequently leverage this knowledge to create comprehensive documentation for customer success.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to support users—primarily IT system administrators and security professionals—by creating documentation that’s accurate, insightful, and easy to navigate. You should have a strong understanding of enterprise technical environments and be comfortable working with modern documentation platforms.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
