Tax Preparer

What we’ll like about you:
- Enjoys working 40-50 hours max per week, even during tax season
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Extensive tax experience with knowledge of complicated individual tax returns
- At least [#] years of tax experience with various tax software and both client accounting
and firm-based accounting systems
- Licensed CPA (preferred)
- Experience with tax planning (preferred)

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing various tax returns
- Working with our Bookkeepers to ensure timely prepared financial statements
- Working with senior staff on review processes
- Assisting with tax planning
- Communicating and meeting with clients
- Working with accounting consultant on individual and corporate return tax processes

- Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect
- Completing client delivers on time
- Willingness to cross train and join partners on prospect calls and client meetings
- Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table

- Hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8 a.m. to Noon on Fridays;
during tax season, hours are expanded on Friday to 5:30p.m. and until 2 p.m. on
Saturdays.
