Join our Spa & Wellness team as a Spa Manager and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment! The Spa Manager is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives on the front lines of daily spa operations. This role focuses on driving service excellence through team coordination, scheduling, and personalized guest interactions.

What You'll Do:

· Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience

· Support and mentor the guest-facing Spa Concierge team

· Ensure each guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and aligned with our luxury standards

· Manage daily and weekly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness

· Lead daily team line-ups and maintain open communication with spa providers

· Address service recovery needs and resolve operational challenges as they arise

· Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, training initiatives, and performance management

Pay Range: $68,000 - $72,000 per year.
