Most service manager jobs are the same.

Answer phones:

• Argue with technicians.
• Explain pricing to customers.
• Deal with ownership looking over your shoulder.

What You’ll Be Walking Into:

A clean, professional shop environment.

Your job is simple: Make the shop perform.

What You’ll Lead: As the Service Manager , you are the operational leader of the location.

You will drive:

• Shop workflow and daily production.
• Team accountability and performance.
• Digital inspection quality and documentation.
• Customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.
• Key performance metrics like ARO, gross profit, and efficiency.
• A clean, professional facility customers trust.

This is a hands-on leadership role , not a sit-back-and-watch position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive service management experience
• Strong workflow and estimating knowledge
• Leadership mindset — not just task management
• Ability to coach and develop a team
• Comfort working with KPIs and shop metrics
• Clean driver’s license

Experience with Protractor, AutoVitals, or other shop systems is a plus.
