SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, BURBERRY MAKEUP

In an effort to grow the business and the desirability of Burberry Makeup in the US market, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of U.S. Marketing strategy that delivers U.S. financial targets and aligns with the Global marketing strategy. Along with the Senior Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic brand planning and delivering the national marketing strategy and execution in Luxury Department Stores, and e-Commerce channels to drive brand awareness and SOM growth.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the Burberry makeup portfolio and will lead the expansion of Burberry Makeup into the US market. The SMM will lead budgeting, forecasting, in-store and online merchandising, P&L tracking, pricing and promotional strategies relating to the brand in partnership with transversal teams (sales, merchandising, media, IM, finance, events, training, ecom, demand planning). The SMM will also support long-range planning for US market based on learning, insights, and a hunger for market-relevant innovation.
The Senior Brand Manager will report into the Senior Marketing Director, in collaboration with the VP of Marketing. Key stakeholders include global marketing, transversal teams and the fashion house.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded color cosmetics marketing professional with strong analytical, leadership, solid communication skills and is attuned to consumer trends in beauty. The ideal candidate needs to be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once, and passionate about the industry. Prior experience working for color cosmetics brands distributed in Luxury Department Stores is beneficial.
