Job Description
Salary: $105,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting manufacturing ERP systems in a production environment
- Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to ERP implementations, upgrades, or major system/process enhancements in manufacturing operations
- Experience with DMSi Agility preferred
- Proven track record of collaborating within a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in building Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and overall product/master data maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Strong grasp of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory control, and order-to-cash workflows
- Experience in driving business process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate operational needs into ERP configurations and scalable workflows
- Required experience in manufacturing/distribution
- In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry is preferred but not essential
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build consensus
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- A positive mindset with a focus on growth

Responsibilities: - Identify both short-term and long-term objectives to enhance order and product management in Agility
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production leadership to analyze, redesign, and optimize ERP-supported manufacturing workflows
- Establish processes for creating and maintaining new items and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Configure and sustain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and production-related master data to ensure precise manufacturing execution
- Rectify BOMs when issues are reported by the production or sales teams
- Introduce new work order codes to streamline the order entry process
- Develop a roadmap for new product implementation and coordinate across multiple departments
- Oversee ERP-related testing, validation, and user acceptance processes for system improvements, upgrades, and new procedure rollouts
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and sales teams in the development, Quality Assurance, and release of products while balancing resources to ensure organizational success
- Notify the Sales Team upon receipt of discontinued product information from Purchasing; subsequently deactivate the product code in Agility once inventory is exhausted
- Process customer maintenance requests in Agility
- Maintain data in Agility pertinent to entry and production, including supplier information, delivery routes, and purchase orders
- Assist Inside Sales with unique product requests and project production activities
- Build and uphold relationships with sales and production managers
- Coordinate with Purchasing when necessary regarding sourcing and product availability
- Recommend and implement enhancements in the sales administration and production planning processes
- Create training materials and facilitate end-user training to promote ERP adoption and process uniformity
- Act as a key subject matter expert for ERP-related production and operational workflows
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
