Job Description

Role / Title: Salesforce Administrator (1-2 positions)

fully onsite / 5 days a week, Miami, FL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support the Salesforce platform
  • Manage users, permissions, security settings, system updates, and day-to-day support requests
  • Monitor Salesforce system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance
  • Support dashboards, reports, workflows, automation, and data quality initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes
  • Manage tickets and user requests in a timely, proactive manner
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and connected business systems
  • Assist with data management, imports, cleanup, and migration-related tasks
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, page layouts, objects, fields, and related platform functionality
  • Recommend process improvements and scalable best-practice solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analyst experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support
  • Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, dashboards, reports, permissions, and user management
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support connected systems/integrations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, software, subscription-based, or high-growth sales environments
  • Experience supporting revenue operations, sales operations, or customer-facing teams
  • Strong reporting, dashboard, automation, and data quality experience
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams
