Description:
LTK is seeking a highly organized and proactive Revenue Operations Assistant to support campaign operations across creator and brand communications. This temporary, full-time role focuses on executing campaigns through Braze and HubSpot, maintaining high-quality, on-brand messaging, and providing operational reporting and data analysis to support the Revenue Operations team.

The Revenue Operations Assistant will play a key role in building, QA-ing, and launching campaigns, managing audiences and lists, troubleshooting issues, analyzing performance data, drafting and editing copy, and assisting with dashboards, trackers, and reporting. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Creator Success, Brand, Growth Marketing, and RevOps teams to support high-priority initiatives and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot, including emails, pushes, in-app, and notification center messages.
  • Support audience management, list building, segmentation, and campaign targeting for acquisition, activation, and engagement.
  • Handle campaign setup tasks such as tagging, scheduling, naming conventions, and asset linking to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues with CRM Managers and Channel Operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Pull and compile performance data from CRM and analytics tools (Braze, HubSpot, Looker) for reporting on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain recurring campaign and channel reports, summarizing trends and highlighting potential optimizations.
  • Draft and edit clear, on-brand copy for multiple channels, QA campaigns for accuracy, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Support ad hoc Revenue Operations projects, including data pulls, list validation, and dashboard maintenance.
  • Document processes and campaign setups to support repeatable, scalable operations.
  • Stay informed on CRM best practices, LTK product capabilities, and industry trends to optimize operations.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and compiling actionable reports.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides and Looker (preferred, not required).
  • Interest in the creator economy, social media, or affiliate marketing.
  • Self-starter with solutions-oriented attitude and adaptability.
