A client-facing Project Manager role is available to deliver complex data center and critical infrastructure projects. The position involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining strong customer relationships across technical and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned projects, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivery quality
• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors
• Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and deliverable scopes
• Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure projects meet technical and compliance standards
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and commercial teams

Skills / Must Have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within technical or construction environments
• Background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar infrastructure
• Experience within one or more of the following: electronic security, fire alarm, life safety, or building automation systems
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple project deliverables
• PMI certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
