Role: Project Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 months contract
Overview:
To accomplish these priorities, the Board is seeking to engage a Project Manager to oversee Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Project (and/or Planner Premium, GMCB's current project management tool) usage; conduct general project management activities, including schedule and budget management; and ensure inter-team coordination.
Summary of Role:
Owns planning, orchestration, governance, schedule, portfolio alignment, and executive-level communication using primarily MS Project.

Project Manager
Maintain delivery predictability, cross-team coherence, resource alignment, stakeholder communication workflows, and governance compliance using MS Project as the authoritative system for schedule, dependencies, and ADS EPMO-level reporting.
Governance & Reporting
RAID logs, KPIs, executive reporting, all compliance deliverables. ADS EPMO reporting.
Cross-workstream Coordination
Training integration, governance ops coordination, vendor oversight via deliverable acceptance templates.
