Job Title: Production Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Finisher to join our 2nd Shift team. This role is integral to the ramp-up of production and involves assembling and inspecting plastic fuel tanks off rotational molds. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize both hand and power tools to ensure quality and precision in every task.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect plastic fuel tanks from rotational molds.
• Utilize hand and power tools such as knives, hammers, portable drills, and handheld routers.
• Operate pneumatic tools.
• Read and execute tasks according to written work orders.
• Follow repeatable processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Clean and strip defects from parts coming out of molds.
• Conduct DUNK TESTS to inspect for leaks.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in using drills, hand, and power tools.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred, but candidates without it have been successful in the past.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
