Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Graham, AL

Home Time:

• Typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur.
• Schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our well-maintained fleet is no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly pay between $1,350 and $1,600, based on hiring location.
• Weekly mileage typically ranges from 2,500 to 2,800 miles.
• Base pay of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers averaging 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:
