Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP data conversions
• More than 5 years of experience using Oracle conversion/import methodologies such as FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, Import Objects, and Excel add-ins
• Extensive experience in converting data related to Customers, Suppliers, AR/AP Invoices, Projects, Contracts, and Banking
• Functional expertise in Oracle Financials, PPM, and HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management
• Technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM tables, interfaces, error handling, and validation protocols
• Strong background in developing PL/SQL queries, packages, and stored procedures for data conversion scripts
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to clarify technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

• Execute data migration tasks aligned with the overall conversion strategy
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for data mapping sessions
• Offer expertise on data cleansing and preparation efforts
• Transform and upload historical data into Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM utilizing standard import formats
• Employ Oracle conversion tools like FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, Import Objects, and Excel-based utilities
• Implement and manage error handling, logging, and troubleshooting processes for conversion issues
• Validate migrated data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and consistent with source systems
• Generate validation and reconciliation reports to facilitate testing and approvals
• Assist with unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live validation
