Embassy Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Embassy of Saxonburg in Saxonburg, PA. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that we consistently meet federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing long-term care. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure the highest standard of care for all residents, focusing on quality and safety.
• Supervise facility staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain a smooth operational flow while addressing any challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in PA.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
