* Community * is hiring a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) for its vibrant community facility. An administrator is responsible for nursing home management, operations, and direction. LNHA is accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive work culture, and following facility policies and procedures. The Administrator completes at least daily rounds of the entire center premises to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
