Toyota’s Sponsorship Marketing department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support day to day fleet activity and logistics for Toyota’s Marketing department.

Reporting to the Asset Manager, the person in this role will help ensure that all marketing department activities adhere to new and existing TMNA vehicle policies and NHTSA regulations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting vehicle marketing teams, advertising agencies, and business partners to ensure all TMNA pre-production and production vehicle usage policies and procedures are being followed.

  • Coordinating vehicle logistics, loan agreements, and insurance documentation with fleet management partners (ITG Automotive) to support upcoming marketing activities

  • Monitoring and reporting marketing fleet utilization, as well as pre-production vehicle certification and disposition for TMNA/NHTSA compliance.

  • Working with the Cross-Carline Marketing and Customs Trade and Compliance teams ensure all import documentation for new vehicles is complete and accurate.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work-related experience

  • Prior experience with networking and rapport building with stakeholders at various levels across the organization.

  • Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.

  • Previous working proficiency in Ariba

  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Able and willing to travel up to 5%

Added bonus if you have

  • Prior marketing experience or working with agency partners/vendors

  • Knowledge and understanding of vehicle logistics

  • Familiarity with pre-production vehicle types and policies
