Noris Capital is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm investing in fintech, emerging technologies, and innovative startups. We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Content Manager to help us build our brand and grow our presence online.
This is a hands-on role — you'll own content strategy and execution from day one.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and our website
- Write long-form content: articles, thought leadership pieces, investment insights
- Manage our newsletter and email communications
- Create compelling copy for announcements, portfolio company spotlights, and fund updates
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on data
- Collaborate with partners to craft their personal brand online
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years in content marketing, PR, or brand management
- Write excellent English — clear, sharp, no filler
- Understand the fintech, startup, or investment landscape
- Are comfortable working independently and managing your own deadlines
- Have a portfolio of content you've created (required)
Nice to have:
- Experience working with VC, PE, or financial services firms
- Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or crypto space
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
