The Market Manager Role is a remote position that is responsible for managing a territory or service area(s) to support the overall business operations. This person should possess Strong Communication skills, Landscaping and Snow Removal Knowledge along with strong customer management skills. The primary responsibility is to manage, communicate and oversee local customer sites in the market to make sure all services are being performed to scope and standards. Additional responsibilities are to hire and manage subcontractors or self-perform crews in the market, perform monthly site inspections, write estimates, update internal trackers and work order systems.
This position requires the candidate to be able to self-manage and work independently, adapt quickly when required based on changing conditions or situations, maintain schedules, meet deadlines, provide quality control, perform light travel on a regular basis. This candidate should also know and understand local and state laws and regulations in the areas our business operates in.
In this position the candidate would work from a home base 20% of the time, the remaining 80% of the time will be spent out in the field/market on the road for quality control. Depending on where the candidate resides and the market layout area, occasional overnight hotel stays may be required and can be reviewed during the interview process. (Optional would be the ability for occasional travel outside home territory to support our business in other markets when needed). Final pay rate to be determined based on Experience.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in the Landscaping/Snow Removal Industry
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to work in Excell, and other Microsoft programs
Possess knowledge of plants and landscape operations
Have experience in snow removal
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
