Lawncare and Grounds Maintenance Details:

• Temporary position
• $12.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Maintain landscaping features such as shrubs, trees, flower beds, and mulch areas.
• Assist with planting, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal cleanup.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from grounds and walkways.
• Perform basic irrigation system checks and repairs.
• Maintain sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas (including snow removal if applicable).
• Report equipment issues or property concerns to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling at all times.

Lawncare and Grounds Maintenance Qualifications:

• Previous lawncare, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
