We are hiring a driven and enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Developer to support our growing technology initiatives. This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations.
This role provides practical exposure to real-world projects, structured training, interview preparation, and ongoing career assistance to help you build confidence and technical proficiency in Salesforce development.
Design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and automation tools to meet business requirements
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Assist with data migration, report generation, dashboard creation, and process automation using Salesforce Flow
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Gain hands-on experience through active involvement in enterprise-level Salesforce projects
Take part in interview readiness sessions and receive continuous professional support
0–2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related technical roles
Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning components
Understanding of data modeling and automation tools within Salesforce
Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and version control tools such as Git
