Interventional Radiologist - Kansas City Area | Up to $780K | No Call | Flexible Schedule

Join our dynamic radiology practice serving the Greater Kansas City area as an Interventional Radiologist. This exceptional 1099 independent contractor position offers complete schedule flexibility with no call requirements and 8-hour shifts. Earn between $520,000 and $780,000 annually based on your preferred work schedule of either 26 or 39 weeks per year, plus additional RVU-based incentives. Practice interventional radiology procedures while also performing mammography and biopsy reads twice monthly at state-of-the-art facilities located in both urban Kansas City and convenient suburban settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, and catheter-based treatments
• Conduct non-vascular interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and ablations
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies and provide accurate radiology reads
• Perform mammography interpretations and image-guided breast biopsies twice per month
• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with radiology best practices
• Practice at multiple locations including urban and suburban facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated expertise in vascular interventional radiology procedures
• Proven experience in non-vascular interventional radiology techniques
• Proficiency in diagnostic radiology interpretation
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to maintaining cross-credentialing across practice locations
