Job Description

AriseTalent Hub is currently hiring HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0–2 years of experience to build a strong foundation in the corporate world through hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers
Submit qualified candidates
Maintain and update our internal database

Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a laptop
