DSI Management, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team for overnight and day shifts. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Position Overview As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe and supportive home environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and nutritional support. * Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises as directed. * Provide incidental and instructional ADL support, including meal preparation, shopping, socialization, and light housekeeping. * Offer medication reminders as needed. * Accurately document observations, services provided, and client activities in a timely manner. * Complete required in-service trainings and maintain up-to-date documentation. * Uphold and respect patient rights at all times. * Maintain punctual attendance and participate in scheduled trainings and team meetings. * Present a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor while representing the organization.
