We are hiring for an experienced  Healthcare Change Management Consultant to work on a U.S. Federal Civilian project.

Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a public trust clearance. This position requires candidates to reside in the U.S. and to obtain/maintain a public trust background investigation.

Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, or Permanent Resident with a Green Card (no Visas, no Exceptions) . Residency will be validated.

Work is 100% remote; however, team members must live full time in the United States.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Change Management Consultant to join our team supporting federal clients. The person in this role will help standardize a national approach to planning for the service lines. The approach will enable consistent, data-driven decision making across the agency by establishing clear guidelines for when changes are required.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the landscape. This will be critical in ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Support the development of work products and deliverables and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop interview questions for program leadership and staff to draw out and develop the required planning content.
  • Facilitate meetings and conversations with clinical program leadership.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support the development of evidence-based guidelines. Data analysis may include collection and transformation of descriptive data (e.g., demand, access, population demographics, quality) as well as the development of risk-adjusted projection models.
  • Conduct research to support the rationale and justification of evidence-based guidelines.
  • Use peer-reviewed publication databases to identify relevant research for review with each clinical program office.
  • Draft content based on discussions with program office leadership, data analysis, and research.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Must be willing to Travel to client sites.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Preferred: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 (5+ preferred) years of healthcare consulting experience.
  • Prior consulting experience working in a team environment, not as a sole practitioner.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable, flexible in ambiguous situations.
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Successful (and referenceable) track record delivering high quality work products and impactful results
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident w/Green Card (no Visas, no Exceptions).
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Federal Background Investigation

A pay range for the posted position is listed below. Note that base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for this position, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, certifications, market location, and job-related competencies. Employees hired will be in an "at will position."

Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 Annually
