Position: Full-Time Nanny 
Start date: September 1, 2026
Location: Delray Beach, FL

A family in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated, full-time nanny for a long-term position. The family is expecting a newborn in August 2026, and care will begin in September with a 1-month-old infant. They are looking for an experienced, nurturing caregiver to support the baby’s development from the very beginning. Both live-in and live-out arrangements are available. The role will evolve with the family over time.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexibility required)
• Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Hourly Rate: $30–$35 (based on experience)

Live-In Details (if applicable):

• Private guest bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Housing and meals provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing sleep routines
• Monitor the newborn’s health and developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment (bottles, nursery, newborn laundry)
• Support parents with newborn-related routines and care

Qualifications:

• Prior newborn care experience required
• 3–5 professional references
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
