Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Event Staff to support operations at events throughout Orlando. This role involves assisting with crowd management, parking coordination, and providing excellent service to attendees.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup and breakdown
* Guide attendees and provide directions
* Support parking and traffic flow during events
* Monitor event areas to ensure safety and organization
* Respond to guest questions and provide assistance
* Work closely with team members and supervisors
* Follow all safety and operational procedures
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous event, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $18 – $27 per hour
