As a crucial part of our event operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various events, ranging from corporate conferences and exhibitions to concerts and community gatherings. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and materials.
• Greet and assist attendees, providing information and directions as needed.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security compliance.
• Manage crowd control and assist with ticketing or registration processes.
• Coordinate with event coordinators and other staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide support for technical and logistical needs during events.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
