Event Planner – Remote (Sports, Concerts & Theater)

Love live events? Join our team as a remote Event Experience Planner and help clients coordinate unforgettable sports, concert, theater, and specialty event experiences. If you’re organized, people-focused, and enjoy managing details, this role offers variety and flexibility.
Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences
Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations
Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations
Provide consistent communication from planning through execution
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Basic computer skills
Reliable internet and remote workspace
