Job Description

Salary: $146,000 - 176,000 per year Requirements:

• Epic Bugsy certification required
• Prior implementation experience with Epic Bugsy
• Strong understanding of infection prevention workflows and clinical informatics
• Familiarity with system build, configuration, and testing processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and regulatory/public health reporting
• Epic module certification preferred (Bugsy, ClinDoc, Orders, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams such as Infection Prevention, HIM, Nursing, and Lab

• Conduct discovery, system build, configuration, and testing activities for Epic Bugsy implementation
• Participate in design, workflow, and operational alignment sessions with stakeholders
• Provide detailed updates on project status, including progress and potential risks
• Communicate risks to Application Services and Project Leadership
• Maintain system build and testing progress within approved timelines
• Ensure successful Data Couriering and adhere to change control protocols
• Attend and contribute in system and workflow design sessions related to Epic Bugsy
• Prepare go-live readiness and post-implementation assessment reports
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to guarantee long-term sustainability and support
