:  We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and assist with internal coordination at our Washington location. This role works closely with leadership and team members to ensure schedules are managed efficiently, tasks are completed on time, and daily operations run smoothly.

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team leaders
• Assist with organizing meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Handle correspondence, including emails and internal communications
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
