PAI is seeking a compassionate and reliable Employment Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with the people we serve in the community, helping them succeed in their jobs and grow their skills. The Employment Specialist I focuses on on-site job coaching and transportation , while also supporting job exploration and placement services when not in the community.
Location: White Bear Lake, MN (and the surrounding metro area)
Hourly Rate: $20 – $21/hour (based on experience)
