Job Description

SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for self-motivated and experienced Dump Truck Drivers with a class A or B CDL. Drivers provide outstanding customer service by delivering a quality product safely and efficiently, always representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive dump truck to work locations for pickups and deliveries of aggregates, as well as wet batch concrete.
• Properly load, secure, and unload in a safe manner.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip safety inspection on equipment and the truck to ensure a safe vehicle.
• Wash out truck after deliveries.
• Perform minor maintenance to truck (tire pressure, oil change, lube job, etc.).
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous commercial truck driving experience, preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement required (must maintain valid CDL while employed) .
• Valid state Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass Federal DOT record check (FMCSA Clearinghouse).
• Must pass post conditional offer of employment DOT physical (must always carry a valid Medical Exam Certificate).
• Able to work flexible hours M-F with some Saturdays.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
