$300,000+ Earning Potential: Taking over for a dentist doing $1 Million annually. Initial guarantee, percentage, benefits.
Advanced Technology: Fully equipped modern digital office featuring CBCT, 5 intraoral scanners, 3D printers, and Zimmer implant systems.
Clinical Variety: General dentistry, clear aligners, dental implants, molar root canals, and IV sedation (with a dedicated nurse anesthetist on staff).
Growing: 150–160 new patients per month (PPO & FFS only — No Medicaid / No HMO)
Schedule: 4.5 days per week (No nights, no weekends)
Partnership Track: Clear equity/buy-in opportunity within 3 to 5 years
Step directly into an immediately busy schedule within a highly respected, privately owned practice. This is an office that prioritizes top-tier patient care over pure volume. This role is open because a long-term associate is transitioning to a new location, leaving behind a fully established, active patient base collecting over $1M annually. Position is available to start in Fall 2027.

A bare minimum of one year of experience or a residency is required.
