Position: Data Entry Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and maintaining the integrity of our databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into various databases and systems
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Communicate with team members to identify and resolve any data discrepancies
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles
- Experience with real estate data entry is a plus
