Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Update and maintain company records
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Follow data entry procedures and policies
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
