Salary: $70,700 - 158,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing personnel in a technical setting.
• A minimum of 2 years participating in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support in a 24/7 operational environment, with a focus on Networking and Computer Hardware.

Responsibilities:

• I will be accountable for the operational management of a Data Center.
• My key responsibilities will include prioritizing and assigning trouble tickets to technicians and operators.
• I will oversee the performance of diverse teams of data center operation professionals across various locations and develop career paths for employees while updating our internal tools.
• I will recruit and train data technicians to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• My role includes ensuring the effective and efficient management of daily data center operations, including queue management, 24/7 shift organization, and logistics related to hardware.
• I will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring all operational KPIs and metrics are measured and achieved, and inspire improvements in team processes, technology innovation, and automation.
• I will manage significant events (outages) and lead as the call head, while improving workflows for data center operations.
• My responsibilities will also encompass recommending, documenting, and supervising policies to adhere to industry best practices and meet necessary service level agreements (SLAs).
• I will maintain the on-call schedule, ensuring coordination of absences and vacations, while being dedicated to the quality and quantity of services provided, striving to enhance our Customer Experience.
