The Role: Own and drive revenue growth by activating our existing customer base. You'll turn data and insights into action building targeted marketing campaigns that fill technician schedules, increase repeat business, and create measurable impact across all markets. What You'll Do: Partner with operations leaders to understand real-time technician capacity and service demand Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings and fill open capacity Build and manage campaigns across email, SMS, paid digital, programmatic, and direct mail Grow and retain memberships through seasonal campaigns, reminders, and reactivation efforts Identify opportunities within the customer database to drive repeat business and cross-service adoption Support recovery of unsold estimates through follow-up strategies and outreach campaigns Assist in generating customer reviews and improving online reputation across markets Track and analyze campaign performance, including booked calls, revenue, and ROI Optimize messaging, targeting, and channel strategy based on performance data Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align efforts with business goals Support communication strategies for newly acquired companies and customer integration efforts What You'll Need: 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, CRM/database marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital media Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital advertising, direct mail) Strong understanding of customer segmentation and database-driven marketing strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across markets Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Schedule: Hybrid schedule - must live within one hour of the office (2-3 days in office required) Want to join a company that puts people first?
