Join a leading AI research lab project focused on collecting high-quality photo and video data. This role involves producing polished portrait photos and short videos of real people, adhering to specific creative and technical guidelines.

• Shoot high-quality portrait photos and 10–15 second videos of real subjects, following detailed guidelines for framing, lighting, motion, and audio.
• Edit multiple shots into a single polished clip for each submission.
• Submit photo and video sets, ensuring they meet quality standards for resolution, lighting, composition, and sound.
• Produce diverse content across various locations, outfits, actions, and emotions.

• Experience with cinematic style video production —either professionally, as a hobby, or as a student.
• Access to a prosumer or professional camera —this is a hard requirement. Phone cameras will not meet the quality bar. Ability to shoot at 1080p minimum, with 4K strongly preferred.
• Strong visual eye —videos should exhibit the production quality and aesthetic appeal of polished social media content, such as high-quality IG Reels or YouTube shorts.
• Basic video editing skills —each submission requires editing multiple shots into a cohesive clip, along with light color grading for aesthetic enhancement.
• Clean audio capture —videos require clear, intentional audio. An external microphone is strongly recommended.
• Access to diverse subjects, locations, and wardrobes —the project necessitates variety in people, outfits, backgrounds, and settings, including a mix of indoor and outdoor scenes.
• Ability to follow detailed technical specs —framing, resolution, duration, file format, and export settings must meet specific requirements. Attention to detail is essential.

Compensation is structured per submission, equivalent to approximately $30 to $40 per hour.

Payment is based on the quality and quantity of submissions.

Participation involves a ~20-minute AI interview, followed by a short form to confirm details. Top candidates will be invited to submit a sample task as a paid work trial. Successful completion of the work trial will lead to an invitation to join the project.
