Hale Centre Theatre is seeking a Costume Archive Assistant to join our dynamic team and help keep our costume collection as magical as the shows we produce!

What You'll Do:

✨ Organize & Label Costume Racks
Be the backstage hero by organizing, covering, and labeling costume racks as they travel between the warehouse and the theater. You’ll make sure every piece is in the right place at the right time!

✨ Maintain Costume Storage
Help keep our warehouse in tip-top shape by ensuring costumes, shoes, and accessories are neatly stored and easily accessible. You'll be the keeper of the costume kingdom, making sure every piece is clean, tidy, and ready for its next performance!

✨ Curate & Manage Costume Sales
Ready to dive into a treasure trove of fabulous costumes? You’ll assist in pulling and organizing costumes for sale and managing the sales process, helping fans and collectors snag a piece of theatrical history.

✨ Engage with Our Fans
You’ll help update and maintain our social media pages and websites to showcase costume items for sale. Share your passion for costumes with the world, one post at a time!

✨ Support Costume Shop Crafting
From stitching to crafting, you’ll jump in and assist with any hands-on tasks that help make our costumes perfect for the stage. Your craftsmanship will be the finishing touch on our show stopping creations.

✨ Collaborate with the Team
Work closely with our Head of Costume and Wardrobe to ensure everything is running smoothly. You’ll be an essential part of the team, helping us make costume magic happen!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills (you love a well-organized closet, and it shows!)
• A passion for theatre and costumes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail
• Social media savvy (bonus points for Instagram or Facebook experience!)
• Handy with a needle and thread? It’s a plus, but not required
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
