Job Description

System One is helping a Tulsa manufacturing company that is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, bank reconciliations) and manage the month-end/year-end close process
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and key metrics
• Support external audits and regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
• Supervise administrative support staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (experience may substitute)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Great attitude with a strong work ethic

Salary: $100K - $120K
