The Systems Analyst 3 will be responsible for analyzing business objectives, user requirements, and operational procedures. Duties include conducting cost/benefit studies, documenting user needs, program functions, and development steps, and reviewing system capabilities and scheduling limitations. The role will support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) by creating data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Informatica IICS, Tableau, or PowerBI. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical deliverables, testing pipelines and reports, and publishing/promoting dashboards as needed. Strong experience with Informatica ETL tools is preferred.
