Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Palm Coast Preferred Care at Home of Coastal Volusia is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our team in the Palm Coast area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and provide quality care in their homes. Description of the Role: As a CNA/HHA in Palm Coast, Florida, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, preparing and serving meals according to dietary needs, and providing companionship and emotional support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with ambulation and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervisor
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

• Certification as a CNA or HHA
• Valid CPR (American Heart Association affiliated) or BLS
• Valid level 2 background check on file (see for more information)
• Prior experience in a home care setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
